The Foundation for Sober Living is dedicated to empowering individuals seeking recovery by providing access to sober living environments through our scholarship programs. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to rebuild their lives in a safe, supportive, and substance-free community, regardless of financial barriers.

 

Our mission is driven by a commitment to breaking the cycle of addiction and fostering long-term recovery. The foundation offers 3 flagship scholarships:

    •    Timmy Small Jr. Scholarship for Sober Living Funding: This scholarship honors Timmy Small Jr.’s legacy, providing financial support to individuals transitioning into sober living, ensuring they have the resources needed to establish a strong foundation in recovery.

    •    Erika P. Paterson Scholarship for Sober Living Funding: In memory of Erika P. Paterson, this scholarship supports those striving for a fresh start in sober living environments, helping them focus on their recovery journey without the weight of financial stress.

• ​The Candace Mazza Scholarship was created in loving memory of Candace, a beautiful and caring volunteer who shared her heart with Angels in Motion and the individuals we serve. Her parents created this scholarship to help clients in need as they transition into safe and stable housing. Through this scholarship, Candace’s kindness and compassion will continue to support others on their journey toward healing, recovery, and stability.
